EDAvidin binding to biotinylated bacterins in ELISA. ELISA plates coated with biotinylated (Biot) or not biotinylated control (B-SEΔwaaL, B-SEΔgal and B-SEwt) bacterins were incubated with EDAvidin or EDA alone (control). Binding was monitored using a rabbit anti-EDA polyclonal antibody and an anti-rabbit whole IgG horseradish-peroxidase-conjugated second antibody. The O.D. values at 405 nm (mean ± SD) are represented.
