Relative NCR1+ cell numbers in tissues of young lambs. Mononuclear cells from peripheral blood or disaggregated tissues were analysed in flow cytometry. NCR1+ cells are stated as % of cells in the mononuclear gate. Dots represent individual animals (n = 5 and for colon patch n = 3), outlier boxes indicate median and quartiles, and whiskers indicate data points within 1.5× (interquartile range). Letters shared between groups indicate no significant difference according to the Wilcoxon Each Pair non-parametric rank sum test (P < 0.05).
