Microarray and real-time PCR analysis of genes associated with Toll-like receptors, NK cells, macrophages, and neutrophils. The mRNA from the left cranial lobes of the lungs from dogs (Korean mongrel, n = 3) infected with A/Korea/S1/Canine/2012 (H3N2) and from PBS mock-infected dogs were subjected to microarray analysis. The genes induced higher in the infected dogs were quantified by real-time PCR.
