Flow cytometry analysis of lymphocyte subpopulations in the thymus from CAV-10, CAV-18 and PBS inoculated chickens. Animals were studied 14 days after infection with CAV or inoculation with PBS at 2 weeks of age. (a) Analysis was performed in G1 according to forward/side scatter parameters. Thymocytes in G1 were divided into small (G2) and large (G3) cells; (b) Mean percentages of G1, G2 and G3 cells in the thymus from control and CAV-inoculated groups.
