Physiological and alveolar capillary evaluation. WT mice were infected per os with 1.107 PFU of MNV or PBS (n = 10/group). A week later, mice were infected with intranasal instillation of 2.106 CFU of P. aeruginosa or PBS. Changes in body weight (A) and score diseases (B) were evaluated and mice were sacrificed at 24 h post-infection.
