Quantification of IgG sub-types in serum obtained from seropositive and seronegative African green monkey donors. IgG1 (A), IgG2 (B), IgG3 (C) and IgG4 (D) in donor serum were quantified using PeliClass human IgG subclass kit following manufacturer’s instructions (Sanquin Reagents, Amsterdam, The Netherlands). Optical density of the reactions was read with a SpectraMax M2/M2e Microplate Reader (Molecular Devices, Sunnyvale, CA, USA). The error bars represent standard errors for triplicate samples, and the results shown are representative of three independent experiments.
