  1. Five groups of pigs (n = 4) were immunized and challenged as described in the “Materials and methods”. Whole blood samples were collected at days 0, 3, 6, 9 and 12 post-challenge. CSFV RNA was extracted and quantified by a real-time RT-PCR described previously [17].
