Efficacy assessment of the AKAV vaccine against AKAV-7 IV infection. In VNT, animals were considered AKAV-seropositive when the neutralizing antibody titer (log2) rose above a threshold of 2 (reference line). In C-ELISA results, P.I. values greater than 70% are considered positive for AKAV antibodies (reference line).
