One at a time variation sensitivity analysis of the objective function G(θ). Exploratory analysis of the objective function G(θ) that measured the agreement between the observed verotoxigenic Escherichia coli O157:H7 herd status in a longitudinal observational study from October 2009 to December 2012 (38 months) in 126 cattle herds and a stochastic disease spread model that replicated that study. The graphs show the response in objective function \(G\left({\theta}\right)\) when varying one parameter (υ1,2, υ3, β1, β3, β4, and D) at a time, keeping the other parameters fixed at the calibrated value (Table 1). For each parameter value (indicated with an open circle, square or triangle), the average G(θ) was calculated from 40 trajectories. Vertical lines indicate respective calibrated parameter value.
