Viral RNA copy number in various tissues of chickens infected with MDCK-H9N2. Chickens were infected with MDCK-H9N2 clone and viral excretion in various tissues was subsequently examined at 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 15, and 21 dpi. The data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation. The limit of detection is 2.5log10 copies/30 mg.
