The percent nucleotide similarity between CNPV/Chlamydotis undulata/MA/001/2009 and subclade B1 (represented by CNPV/Chlamydotis macqueenii/MA/012/2010) and between CNPV/Chlamydotis undulata/MA/001/2009 and subclade B2 (represented by CNPV/Chlamydotis undulata/MA/025/2011) is represented by a grey and a black line, respectively.
