The individual percentages (B) and the mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) of CD25+ cells (C) are shown for the 3 populations. Medians are shown with red bars. Control lambs (open symbols), inoculated lambs (filled symbols). In C, the results of the two experiments are shown with red or black symbols. The comparisons were made with the Mann–Whitney (control/inoculated) and Wilcoxon tests (paired data). Statistically significant differences are indicated with ** p < 0.01 and *** p < 0.001.
