S-plots of supervised OPLS-DA analysis of UPLC-MS profiled plasma from vaccinated and non-vaccinated calves. Supervised OPLS-DA S-plot plots of plasma from vaccinated and non-vaccinated calves at days 7, 14, 42 and 49 are illustrated in Figures 5 A-D respectively. The location of AMRTPs on the S-Plot is a combination of influence (p [1]) and reliability (p(corr) [1]) on the discrimination of study groups by OPLS-DA. Identified vaccine response markers and AMRPTs selected throughout the study are marked on the S-Plot.
