SG mediated delivery of M2eCD40L DNA plasmid into MDCK cells. The potential of SG to deliver pcDNA-M2eCD40L DNA plasmid into mammalian cells was evaluated in cultured MDCK cells infected with either JOL2068 or JOL2076 (20 bacteria/cell). LyoVec mediated transfer of M2eCD40L DNA plasmid into cells was kept as a positive control. The M2eCD40L gene expression was analysed at mRNA level by calculating M2eCD40L RNA copy number. Data is represented in log₁₀ M2eCD40L copy number. Statistical significance was determined by Student’s t-test (two-tailed). *p < 0.05.
