B A photograph was taken at the end of the assay after cultivation in TSB with 0.25% glucose for 24 h or 72 h. C, D Experiments were performed under the same conditions except that strains were cultured with 0.25% glucose. These results showed that no obvious variance in the tested strains was observed when they were cultivated with adequate glucose.
