Hcp2a protein co-localized with the endoplasmic reticulum. A DF-1 cells were incubated for 48 h at 37 ℃ with 2 μM Hcp2a proteins. The Hcp2a protein was labeled with FITC and the endoplasmic reticulum was labeled with ER-Tracker Red and imaged with laser confocal microscopy. B Co-localization scatter plots were drawn using ImageJ coloc2.
