The expression of pattern recognition receptors (PRRs) in the nasal mucosa of pigs at different ages. The transcription of Toll-like receptors (TLRs) and RIG-I-like receptors (RLRs) in nasal mucosa was detected via RT‒qPCR. TLRs include cell surface receptors (TLR1, TLR-2, TLR-4, TLR-5, TLR-6, and TLR-10) and intracellular receptors (TLR-3, TLR-7, TLR-8, TLR-9). RLRs include MDA5 and Rig-I. All data shown are the mean ± SD from three independent experiments. Statistical significance was obtained using one-way ANOVA. NS no significance, *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01.
