Effect of rTsDPP1 on Raw264.7 macrophage viability assayed by CCK-8. rTsDPP1 (5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 µg/mL) was coincubated with macrophages for 24 and 48 h to assess the effects of rTsDPP1 on cell viability. The OD450 values were measured by SpectraMax i3X. The OD450 value served as the cell proliferation index. The data were collected from 3 independent experiments and expressed as the mean ± SEM. *P < 0.05 compared to the PBS group.
