Mouse peritoneal macrophages were pretreated with a STAT6 inhibitor (AS1517499) and cultured with rTsDPP1 at 37 °C and 5% CO2 for 24 h. A Western blotting of the expression of p-STAT6, STAT6, PPARγ and Arg1 in macrophages pretreated with a STAT6 inhibitor. Tubulin served as the internal control.
