PPARγ antagonist abrogated the rTsDPP1-induced high mRNA expression of M2 genes by qPCR. Mouse peritoneal macrophages were pretreated with a PPARγ antagonist (GW9662) and then incubated with rTsDPP1 at 37 °C and 5% CO2 for 24 h. Total RNA was isolated and reverse transcribed to cDNA for qPCR. The relative mRNA expression levels of M2 genes (IL-10, TGF-β, CD206 and Arg1) were calculated with the Ct (2−ΔΔCt) method. GAPDH was used as an internal control. *P < 0.05 compared to the PBS group, #P < 0.05 between two groups.
