STAT6 inhibitor abrogated the rTsDPP1 induced-M2 polarization by qPCR. Mouse peritoneal macrophages were pretreated with a STAT6 inhibitor (AS1517499) and cultured with rTsDPP1 at 37 °C and 5% CO2 for 24 h. Total RNA was extracted and reverse transcribed to cDNA for qPCR. The relative mRNA expression of M2 macrophage genes (IL-10, TGF-β, CD206 and Arg1) was calculated with the Ct (2−ΔΔCt) method. GAPDH was utilized as an internal control. *P < 0.05 compared to the PBS group, #P < 0.05 between two groups.
