rHcL6 induces a goat Th9 immune response. Goat PBMCs were stimulated with different concentrations of rHcL6 (0, 5, 10, 20, 40 and 60 μg/mL). The significance level was set at ***p < 0.001, ****p < 0.0001, and “ns” as nonsignificant compared with the control (blank, 0 μg/mL). Data are representative of three independent experiments.
