Incomplete autophagy is induced by DTMUV infection in Neuro-2a cells. A Uninfected Neuro-2a cells and Neuro-2a cells infected with DTMUV for 36 h were observed by TEM. Autophagosome-like vesicles are indicated with blue arrows. Scale bar, 1 μm. B Uninfected Neuro-2a cells and Neuro-2a cells infected with DTMUV for 24 h, 36 h and 48 h. The expression of the autophagy-related proteins LC3-II and P62 was determined by Western blotting, and band intensities were analysed. The results represent the means ± SDs of three independent experiments. Significant differences were determined with one-way ANOVA. ns: not significant; **P < 0.01; ***P < 0.001; ****P < 0.0001.
