Incomplete autophagy is induced by DTMUV infection in Neuro-2a cells. A Uninfected Neuro-2a cells and Neuro-2a cells infected with DTMUV for 36 h were observed by TEM. Autophagosome-like vesicles are indicated with blue arrows. Scale bar, 1 μm. B Uninfected Neuro-2a cells and Neuro-2a cells infected with DTMUV for 24 h, 36 h and 48 h. The expression of the autophagy-related proteins LC3-II and P62 was determined by Western blotting, and band intensities were analysed.
