Incomplete autophagy promotes the replication of DTMUV in Neuro-2a cells. Neuro-2a cells were pretreated with RAPA or 3-MA to induce or inhibit autophagy before being infected with DTMUV for 36 h. A, B Total RNA of cells was extracted, and DTMUV copies were evaluated by qRT-PCR. C, D Cell lysates were harvested, and the levels of DTMUV E protein were evaluated by Western blotting.
