The 3′-UTRs of wild-type and mutant target genes were cloned and inserted into a pMIR-REPORT luciferase vector. B Luciferase reporter assay performed at 24 h following cotransfection of chicken embryo fibroblast line (DF1) with the wild type or mutant vectors together with mimic miR-148a-3p or NC-miR as control. The results (mean ± SEM) are representative of three independent experiments (n = 3). Different lowercase letters above the dots indicate significant differences (p < 0.05) among samples as determined by analysis of variance with Tukey’s multiple comparison test.
