Various dose of TAK-242 inhibited the rTsgal-activated MAPK/NF-κB pathway. Caco-2 cells were first treated with TLR-4 inhibitor TAK-242 (1–25 µM) for 2 h, and then incubated with rTsgal, IIL CAg and LPS for 0.5 h, and Western blot was performed to analyze the expression level of p-ERK1/2, p-NF-κB p65 and NF-κB p65.
