PB1-F2 marginally affects frequencies of leukocyte subsets. After ex vivo isolation leukocytes were stained for multiparametric flow cytometry. Single, live T cells (CD3 + , A–F) or single, live antigen presenting cells (APC, CD4−, MHC-II+  , G–H) were phenotyped.
